We have opened for limited in-person visits at our hospital. Our intention is to provide a face to face interaction with your pet's veterinarian during the patient exam. Technician appointments, non-anesthetic dentals, drop-off appointments, and drop-off procedures do not include this facetime with the veterinarian so we will continue to utilize the curbside drop-off method for these visit types.
Wait outside until a member of our team comes to greet you. For technician appointments, drops offs, and non-anesthetic dentals we will do a curbside handoff and bring your pet in for treatment. For appointments with a veterinarian we will escort you and your pet into an exam room.
We request only 1 client attend your in person visit. Please designate a single contact for your pet's visit. We can proceed with a curbside handoff of your pet and contact you by phone for the consult or the client inside the hospital can call the additional parties on their phones to conference them into the conversation. Our exam rooms are small making it hard to maintain social distancing.
Unless you have a multi-pet appointment, we ask that you not bring multiple pets to your visit. If you have another pet with you we can proceed with a curbside handoff of your pet and contact you by phone for the consult.
Our restroom will remain closed to clients. Please plan accordingly.
Regardless of vaccine status, masks will be required for entry and should remain on for the duration of your visit. If you do not have a mask, or prefer to not wear a mask, we can proceed with a curbside handoff of your pet and contact you by phone for the consult. We ask that you keep your mask on, even when you are alone in an exam room.
Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry and will be available within exam rooms.
After the exam and consultation, your pet will be taken to our treatment room to complete any elected services. At this point we will have you wait outside so that we can clean and prepare the room for the next client/patient visit. Upon completion of services we will contact you by phone to discuss any findings/follow-up and take payment over the phone.
