In person visits

We have opened for limited in-person visits at our hospital. Our intention is to provide a face to face interaction with your pet's veterinarian during the patient exam. Technician appointments, non-anesthetic dentals, drop-off appointments, and drop-off procedures do not include this facetime with the veterinarian so we will continue to utilize the drop-off method for these visit types.

For technician appointments, drops offs, and non-anesthetic dentals we will do a handoff and bring your pet in for treatment. For appointments with a veterinarian we will escort you and your pet into an exam room.

Our preference is for 1 client to attend your in person visit. If you can, designate a single contact for your pet's visit. Our exam rooms are small making it hard to maintain social distancing. 

Unless you have a multi-pet appointment, we ask that you not bring multiple pets to your visit. If you have another pet with you we can proceed with a curbside handoff of your pet and contact you by phone for the consult. 

Our restroom will remain closed to clients. Please plan accordingly.

Please note our exam rooms are small with limited air flow. Masks are available upon request.

Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry and will be available within exam rooms.

After the exam and consultation, your pet will be taken to our treatment room to complete any elected services. At this point you may wait outside or in our lobby so that we can clean and prepare the room for the next client/patient visit. Upon completion of services we will contact you by phone to discuss any findings/follow-up and take payment.
